We are proud to office at three state-of-the-art facilities in Fort Worth, Arlington, and Plano! The Fort Worth building, office, and surgery center is located at 3455 Locke Avenue, Suite 220. The Arlington office is located in north Arlington near 30 at 707 N Fielder Rd, Ste B-1. Our newest Plano location is just north of President George Bush Turnpike near the Baylor Scott and White Medical Center at 4825 Alliance Blvd, Suite 100. All offices are equipped with the latest equipment to ensure our commitment to delivering the best-possible care to your patients.

Dr. Koreishi, Dr. Ple-plakon, and Dr. Francis are available to see new patients every day in clinic. Urgent or emergent referrals will be seen same-day. Access to a consultant is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
